I have been working with teenagers and parents for almost 10 years now. I am myself mother of two senior school kids. In my journey as a parenting coac, I have discovered that there is a lot of confusion in the career selection guidance process in our schools. With the invent of hundreds of New age careers and vast options available both parents and children often find themselves clueless. My motivation to become a Master career guide is to partner with schools and parent to provide students with best career options on their growth path. When candidates approach me for career guidance, my I tell than there is no wrong or right career path. The right career path is the one which works for you. It needs to be a perfect combination of a person’s interests, values, abilities, availability and affordability. Instead of focusing of what is trending it is important to focus on what works for you.
